The role includes the ability to support the implementation of the Enlace and Education Team vision and framework, based on Community Cultural Wealth, strong commitment to collaborative work that will inform the community school programming inclusive of administration, youth, parents and multi-sector stakeholders. The RC will serve as the person who will provide support and coordination of new and existing resources in the school to seamlessly weave the school day and out of school time offerings.
