This role is part of Bantrel’s Infrastructure team, contributing to the delivery of a high-profile, multi-year program.</p><p>The Risk Analyst will support the identification, tracking, and reporting of project risks across a complex, multidisciplinary environment.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Downtown Toronto (5 days/week in office)<br>\n<strong>Salary Range:</strong> $100,000 – $125,000</p><p>Bantrel is part of the Delivery Partner team supporting Metrolinx on the Ontario Line. The program will improve transit capacity, reduce travel times, and support long-term growth across the Greater Toronto Area. Bantrel provides engineering, procurement, and construction management expertise to support safe and efficient project delivery.</p><p><a href=\"https://www.bantrel.com/careers\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Join us</a>&#xa0;in this&#xa0;full time&#xa0;permanent&#xa0;role.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and administer project risk and issues registers using approved tools</li><li>Support risk owners in identifying, documenting, and updating risks and mitigation plans</li><li>Coordinate and support risk workshops, reviews, and identification sessions</li><li>Track key risks, critical items, and emerging issues, ensuring timely escalation</li><li>Review contractor and stakeholder inputs to identify new or evolving risks</li><li>Support the development and ongoing update of mitigation and action plans</li><li>Ensure accuracy and consistency of risk data and reporting timelines</li><li>Assist in preparing risk reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders</li><li>Support periodic risk assessments and follow up on mitigation actions</li><li>Contribute to quantitative risk assessments (QCRA/QSRA)</li><li>Interface with multidisciplinary project teams to support risk activities</li></ul>",
