This position is also a 4 day work week, allowing for a 3 day weekend on most weeks.</p>\n<p>Available Shift: 10-hour day shift Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm (30 Min Lunch)</p>\n<p>Hourly Wage: $18 – $26 depending on experience.</p>\n<p>The QC Inspector will be performing various inspection processes depending on department and functions. We are looking for candidates with considerable knowledge of quality inspection but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of machining, assembly, plating and other inspection processes used in manufacturing.</p>\n<p>Responsibility:</p>\n<p>· Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups prescribed to perform inspection</p>\n<p>· Inspect visually in-process and completed products</p>\n<p>· Be able to identify structural flaws, internal defects</p>\n<p>· Uses various measuring devices</p>\n<p>· Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&amp;T</p>\n<p>· Strong understanding of diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales and fixtures</p>\n<p>· Understanding of customer specifications, drawing, inspection instructions and checklists</p>\n<p>· May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures</p>\n<p>· Assist in determination of root causes for defects, and in formulation of corrective actions to prevent defect recurrence</p>\n<p>Experience/Qualifications:</p>\n<p>· High School Diploma or equivalent</p>\n<p>· Some college is desirable</p>\n<p>· Possess working knowledge of inspection tools, equipment, methods, and instrumentation (including electronic inspection devices)</p>\n<p>· Ability to interpret and use Geometric Dimensioning &amp; Tolerancing</p>\n<p>· 3 + years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment</p>\n<p>· Understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements</p>\n<p>· Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)</p>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k)</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Employee discount</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Health savings account</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Location: In person</p>",
