    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><strong>Position &nbsp;Summary:</strong><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\">The qualified candidate will provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of assigned projects. &nbsp;The individual will lead the day-to-day aspects of the project execution, and participate in its development, execution, and final close out. &nbsp;This will include the administration of assigned TLS personnel as well as contracted subconsultants/subcontractors and other vendors as necessary.</p><p>&nbsp;This position will require 75% - 100% site travel as the PM is expected to be a site lead and to become closely familiar with all assigned projects. &nbsp;While the current project opportunity for this position is Orlando, FL, future projects may require out of state travel.</p><p>&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who possess a preferred background in general construction, with a strong emphasis on all aspects of building envelope construction.</p><p><strong>Principal Duties:</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Lead the fulfillment of all required contract obligations as listed in the agreement entered into by TLS with its client(s).</li><li>Oversee the subcontractor/vendor relationships entered into by TLS on behalf of the individuals&rsquo; assigned contracts.</li><li>Assure all company and client safety protocols are being followed, addressing deficiencies promptly and providing additional guidance as needed.</li><li>Provide proper fiscal management in all aspects in the execution of the project. &nbsp;This will include oversight of project budget, client billing as well as payments to subs and vendors.</li><li>Provide proper administration of the project schedule for the successful execution and completion of the project.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ol class=\"decimal_type\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>5+ years of project management experience with individual projects in excess of $10M</li><li>5+ years of effective subconsultant management experience, including contract negotiation and contract management.</li><li>5+ years of personnel management experience</li><li>5+ years of project budget management</li><li>5+ years of project schedule management</li><li>Prior experience with MEP and Building construction</li><li>Ability to site travel up to <strong>100%</strong> of the time (this is <strong>not</strong> a remote position)</li><li>Ability to&nbsp;review plans/specs and contract documents for scope of work compliance, quality control, formal training in these areas is desirable.</li><li>An OSHA 30 Certificate issued in the past 4 years.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Project</li><li>Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to demonstrate a professional level of verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>5+ years of Healthcare Construction experience</li><li>Proficiency in Procore Contract Management Software</li><li>PMP Certification</li><li>Knowledge/experience with ICRA, hazard analysis</li><li>Practical experience working with FAR based contracts for the US Federal Government</li></ol></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
