    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hiring Immediately!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Must have valid driver’s license &amp; clean driving record</span></span></p>\n<br>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Join One of the Fastest-Growing Roofing Teams in the Midwest!</span></p>\n<p><span>Farha Roofing — an award-winning, family-owned company — is seeking an experienced and driven </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Commercial Roofing Superintendent</span></span><span> to lead our commercial production team in Kansas City.</span></p>\n<p><span>If you’re a strong leader with commercial roofing experience, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence.</span></p>\n<br>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Oversee all commercial roofing production from start to finish</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage and support subcontractor crews, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span>Schedule projects and coordinate materials, deliveries, equipment, and manpower</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct job site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes</span></li>\n<li><span>Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, Project Managers, vendors, and customers when needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope</span></li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions quickly and effectively</span></li>\n<li><span>Review and manage change orders, job costs, and project progress</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead and participate in production, scheduling, and safety meetings</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure proper jobsite documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle</span></li>\n<li><span>Drive continuous improvement in production processes, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)</span></li>\n<li><span>Commercial roofing experience required (Superintendent or similar leadership role preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><span>Tech-capable (smartphone, apps, basic computer systems)</span></li>\n<li><span>Must pass a drug and background check</span></li>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Background Check Requirement</span></p>\n<p><span>Because this position involves driving, handling materials, and access to job sites and company property, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment. Certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on job-related criteria, including safety, driving responsibility, and protection of company and customer property.
