We believe in the strength of a hardworking team and are looking for committed individuals to join our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span> We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our field team. This role involves operating heavy machinery such as D6 and D8 Dozers, Side Booms, Excavators, and Skid Steers in various pipeline construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely operate heavy equipment including D6 and D8 Dozers, Side Booms, Excavators, Forklift, Tack Welding Rig, and Skid Steers for pipeline construction and maintenance tasks.</li>\n<li>Perform daily inspections of equipment, including checking fluids, greasing parts, and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.</li>\n<li>Follow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions to perform tasks such as trenching, grading, backfilling, and lifting.</li>\n<li>Maneuver equipment to safely load and unload materials or equipment at job sites.</li>\n<li>Maintain proper load securement and balance while transporting materials or equipment.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other operators to ensure smooth and safe operations.</li>\n<li>Work in various outdoor conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy weather.</li>\n<li>Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment as needed.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines, participating in safety meetings and reporting any unsafe conditions or practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 - 100.) for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of construction &amp; pipeline safety protocols.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n<li>Reliable vehicle with current registration, external fuel cell, air compressor and grease gun.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for overtime.<br></li>\n<li>Per Diem included for travel.</li>\n<li>Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment with a focus on safety and development.</li>\n<li>Hands-on training and skills development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join XCU?</span> At XCU, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our employees.
