We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, configure, and maintain Pelco surveillance systems and related infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time to ensure minimal disruption to surveillance operations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with the IT department to ensure network stability and security for all surveillance systems.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with security teams to fine-tune surveillance feeds and camera angles for optimal coverage.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular system backups, updates, and patches as required.</li>\n <li>Monitor system performance and generate regular reports on system health, activity logs, and incident reports.</li>\n <li>Stay updated with the latest developments in Pelco's product line and recommend system upgrades when necessary.</li>\n <li>Provide end-user training and support, ensuring all stakeholders can effectively use the surveillance tools at their disposal.</li>\n <li>Work with vendors, contractors, and Pelco support when necessary to resolve issues or implement new solutions.</li>\n <li>Ensure all surveillance activities comply with local regulations and privacy standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience working with Pelco surveillance systems and products.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of IP networks, cameras, video management systems, and related surveillance technologies.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices as they relate to surveillance systems.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications in surveillance or network systems are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
