Accountability is to the Senior Facilities Manager. This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company polices and procedures.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage &amp; direct all pipefitters &amp; electricians.</li><li>Plan, organize and oversee projects from start to finish.</li><li>Assembling and leading project teams; assigning tasks based on skills and experience and fostering a collaborative environment.</li><li>Direct utility companies &amp; their services.</li><li>Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure the safety, reliability and effectiveness of designs and systems.</li><li>Identify problems, conduct research, analyze data and develop innovative solutions.</li><li>Make recommendations related to hiring, firing or other changes in employee status.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations.</li></ul><p>The Indiana Convention Center &amp; Lucas Oil Stadium is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
