Assistant HR Business Partner

Requisition ID:  180908 Job Level:  Mid Level Home District/Group:  DHO HR Operations Department:  Human Resources Market:  Power Employment Type:  Full Time Position Overview As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in executing core HR processes and delivering consistent, high-quality HR support across the Power business. This role is designed as an execution-focused extension of the HR Business Partner, enabling scalable support for a growing workforce while maintaining strong employee experience and operational discipline. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to support employee relations, data-driven decision making, and the successful delivery of annual HR processes. While primarily aligned to staff and corporate populations, this role will also support craft-related employee relations matters and coordinate with Labor Relations as needed, providing broader exposure across the workforce. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full HRBP role by building deep capability in HR execution, analytics, and leader support.
