The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to multitask. As a Sonographer, you will perform all functions necessary to produce high-quality echocardiograms, stress echoes, and vascular studies.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Essential Functions of the Role:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; Able to provide direct patient care to patients in both the stable and acute care settings.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; Works with general supervision, structuring own work patterns within a general outline.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; Responsible for reporting interpretations to physicians when completed.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; Referring unusual situations or problems to the physician/supervisor</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; Ability to accurately calculate in apothecary and metric systems for drug administration and document clinical information.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; High school diploma or G.E.D</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; Current ARDMS, CCI, or registry eligible and pass the registry within one year of the date of hire</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; A valid driver&rsquo;s license</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; ACLS Certification</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; 1-2 years of experience in the Cardiology field</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&bull; One (1) year of experience preferred as an ultrasound technologist.
