Be Valued at the American Heart Association by following us on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and at heart.jobs.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Designs, develops, and maintains Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports secure file transfers, REST/SOAP APIs, and data exchanges with external systems (ADP, iCIMS, ServiceNow) etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops UiPath workflows, including REFramework-based automations for HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal use cases. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains and improves existing UiPath bots, including error handling, scheduling, and reporting. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborates with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to gather functional and technical requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares and maintains functional & technical documentation, test plans, support guides, and assists with UAT. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participates in Workday Releases, Cloud migration activities, ensuring integration continuity and performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to Agentic AI readiness initiatives and supports RPA enhancements using AI/ML components where applicable. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Applies foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts (e.g., document understanding, NLP, structured decisioning, generative extractors). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows American Heart Association development standards and change management processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the role. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education / Certifications / Licenses: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>UiPath Developer certification preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Workday Certification preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience / Knowledge: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience with Workday integrations and 3+ years with UiPath RPA development. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>SFTP setup, PGP encryption, data mapping </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with AI/ML concepts used in automation (e.g., classification, document understanding, generative AI extractors, cognitive automation) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>UiPath & Workday Cloud migration awareness </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analytical Thinking, Functional & Technical Documentation, Collaboration, Functional Translation </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2>\n<p>The expected pay range will be $120,000 - $130,000.  Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The number of days will increase based on seniority level.
