We're committed to creating a warm, caring, safe, and professional environment for both our customers and our team.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits:</strong> Enjoy a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision coverage, an excellent 401k plan, tuition reimbursement, vacation, holiday, and sick time, long and short-term disability, and more.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Impactful Role:</strong> Your responsibilities will encompass orienting new staff members, scheduling comprehensive training programs, supervising online education compliance, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and ensuring a safe working environment.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Room for Growth:</strong> Join a dynamic environment where you can grow in your career and make a lasting impact on the healthcare industry.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Meaningful Mission:</strong> Our mission is to \"Improve every life we touch by providing exceptional healthcare and exceeding expectations.\"</p><p>Core Values: We are guided by five core values - Integrity, Excellence, Compassion, Teamwork, and Stewardship, as well as 12 Service Standards.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ND123</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Assesses department needs for training and responds accordingly.</li>\n<li>Orients new staff members and provides on-going training for employees.</li>\n<li>Schedules training programs and in-services for all employees.</li>\n<li>Lectures and demonstrates procedures, using motion picture, DVD’s and charts; uses outside consultants/speakers when possible.</li>\n<li>Observes employees in practical application of procedures and does one-to-one training as needed.</li>\n<li>Supervises use of company provided online education and monitors compliance.</li>\n<li>Schedules facility tours and addresses by administrative staff to acquaint new personnel with overall operation and interrelationships of the facility.</li>\n<li>Develops recruitment strategies for all positions.</li>\n<li>Assists with selection of open positions.</li>\n<li>Maintains appropriate documentation of orientation and in-service training for all employees.</li>\n<li>Follows through with new employees at regular intervals to determine need for additional training and support.</li>\n<li>Communicates department needs to Administrator and coordinates services within department need, scheduling and budget.</li>\n<li>Gives input to Administrator regarding budget needs.</li>\n<li>Coordinates employee service awards and recognition programs.</li>\n<li>Monitors safe working practices; provides education and coordinates with Safety Committee for corrective/preventive actions.</li>\n<li>Maintaining effective communication with residents, families and facility staff.</li>\n<li>Communicates with and educates staff on any new procedures.</li>\n<li>Assists with development of procedures using job analysis techniques.</li>\n<li>Assists with the Continuous Quality Improvement Program as needed.</li>\n<li>Stays current in standard practices through communication with Health Department, C.D.C., etc.</li>\n<li>Ensure orientation to Electronic Medical Records system with periodic review for understanding of proper documentation.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Current licensure by State Board of Nursing or certified or licensed Risk Manager with at least two year’s of long-term care experience.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in activities dealing with the communication of technical ideas and concepts.</li>\n<li>Teaching/instructional experience preferred.</li>\n<p>(EOE)</p>",
