We’re seeking an experienced <strong>HVAC Install Helper</strong> to join our Orlando team, wiht at least 6 months - 1 year of experience needed for the role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Cool Today?</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong><strong>► Competitive Pay:</strong> Base <strong>$18/hr+</strong></p>\n<p><strong>► Robust PTO Plan</strong></p>\n<p><strong>► Comprehensive Benefits</strong></p>\n<p><strong>► 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match</strong></p>\n<p><strong>► Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability</strong></p>\n<p><strong>► Ongoing Training & Professional Development</strong></p>\n<p><strong>► Fun & Collaborative Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p><strong>► Career Growth & Coaching</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units</li>\n <li>Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.</li>\n <li>Performing start-up of equipment</li>\n <li>Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.</li>\n <li>Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company</li>\n <li>Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets</li>\n <li>Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>HVAC Experience (at least 6 months is required)</li>\n <li>Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn</li>\n <li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite </li>\n <li>Results driven in a high-energy environment                </li>\n <li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently                            </li>\n <li>Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather</li>\n <li>Mechnical Apptitude</li>\n <li><em>Service Titan experience preferred</em>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
