In this role you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the follow of service work and for ensuring high quality standards in serving our customer and will have front line responsibility for interfacing with customers and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(250, 197, 28);\">YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</span>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"line-height: 1.15;\">Works with the Service Manager to forecast goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.15;\">Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.15;\">Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.15;\">Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians&rsquo; time is consistently sold to service customers.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.15;\">Contributes to the preparation and maintenance an annual operating budget for the service department.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.15;\">Maintains open communications and good relationships with other department personnel - Parts, Body Shop, Sales, Administration, and Credit. Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1.15;\">Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
