Join us and grow with a leader in the industry!</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking the position of Power Washer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PAY</strong> $18.00 per hour</p>\n<p><strong>SCHEDULE - Monday – Friday </strong><strong>2:00 am to 10:30 am with possible overtime Saturdays as on a needed basis</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Power Washer for Allied Universal Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for using a high-pressure water jet to clean hard surfaces. Power Washer operators are responsible for the following responsibilities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cleaning: Use the pressure washer to clean a variety of surfaces, such as driveways, fences, siding, gutters, roofs, decks, and windows. They may also use degreasers or removal chemicals.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preparation: Remove debris, obstacles, and loose materials before pressure washing.</li>\n <li>Safety: Follow safety procedures to protect themselves and client property.</li>\n <li>Equipment: Load and unload equipment from vehicles, check equipment for proper working order, and store equipment properly.</li>\n <li>Customer service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and review completed work with them.</li>\n <li>This will be a temporary to eventually a permanent position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full time positions.</li>\n <li>Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills with customer, patrons, and employees- assisting others in a friendly and engaging manner at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and reliability on completing tasks that can be repetitive.</li>\n <li>Able to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Work in various working conditions and environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat for extended periods.</li>\n  <li>Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and machinery including scrubbers, pressure washer, and carpet extractor.</li>\n  <li>Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.</li>\n  <li>Ability to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds.</li>\n  <li>Ability to grab, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and operate equipment frequently and repetitively during working hours.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
