We have an in-house Architectural Finishes &amp; Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager at </span><span>Charlotte</span><span> office</span></span></span><span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What you can expect to do: </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Reading of documents and contracts.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage multiple projects.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Writing subcontracts.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Negotiating and awarding subcontracts.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Reviewing/preparing subcontractors scope of work.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Attend meetings and prepare minutes.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist in estimating process.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Review/prepare change orders.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop/track submittals, RFI’s and cost reports.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain owner relations.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Resolve issues with win-win solutions and collaboration.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Display natural leadership skills and </span><span>assure</span><span> that project responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Travel as needed for projects.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead by example, display honesty, integrity, and good judgment while maintaining high standards.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What you will need to be successful: </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum of five (5) + years’ experience in managing projects valued at $20MM and higher.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>College degree in a construction/engineering field </span><span>preferred, but</span><span> not required.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Knowledge of the local construction market is preferred.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Have a proven track record of successfully leading Multifamily or wood framed projects.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent communication skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Computer Skills Required – Procore, Scheduling software (P6 preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Marketing and presentation skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Should</span><span> be highly organized, highly motivated and a </span><span>detail directed</span><span> problem solver.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Have</span><span> </span><span>an advanced</span><span> knowledge of the design-</span><span>build</span><span> construction process including preconstruction, major system evaluations, estimating, scheduling, cost control, design and client management.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven team player and have a strong background of leading project efforts, from programming through turnover with contract values from $20MM-$100MM+</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bring strong local relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients and municipalities.
