    "description": "<p>We're looking for a Workshop Technician to join our team, preparing, testing, maintaining, and mobilising a diverse range of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment. If you enjoy solving problems and working hands on, we'd love to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Testing and spooling hydraulic and electrical winches.</li>\n<li>Preparing, testing, and commissioning diesel and electrical power packs</li>\n<li>Leading and supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including client demonstrations</li>\n<li>Conducting pre-delivery and post-rental inspections</li>\n<li>Carrying out maintenance, servicing, repairs, and equipment refurbishment</li>\n<li>Supporting fabrication, fitting, welding, painting, and workshop preparation activities</li>\n<li>Ensuring equipment certification, calibration, and compliance requirements are maintained</li>\n<li>Completing inspection reports, FAT documentation, and maintenance records</li>\n<li>Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient workshop environment<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience you'll bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a workshop, mechanical, or technician role<br></li>\n<li>Previous experience working with winches and hydraulic power units</li>\n<li>Knowledge of hydraulic systems</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical equipment</li>\n<li>Strong practical skills with tools, machinery, and fault finding</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>A proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines</li>\n<li>Good communication and basic IT skills</li>\n<li>Experience with wire rope spooling, winches, hydraulic power units, and hydraulic systems is beneficial<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A stable role in a growing, future-focused company</li>\n<li>Competitive salary plus attractive pension and insurance schemes</li>\n<li>An inclusive, friendly, and social working environment</li>\n<li>Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
