CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
What will you be doing?
Lead and execute hands-on sales initiatives for business financing products such as loans, leasing and other additional new coming products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active cold-calling, expanding the client base, and enhancing market presence.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Proactively identify needs and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other forums to generate leads and build relationships.
Manage the financing project from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverable.
What will help you succeed?
Hands-on sales management experience in B2B financial industry; working with business financing products such as loans, leasing, and factoring (great advantage).
Understanding of financial products.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Pro-active and results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales targets.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the clients.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in oral and written communication in both Lithuanian and English.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and continuous learning mindset.
Credit risk awareness.
