We seek an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of direct experience leading end-to-end large complex SAP/SuccessFactors implementations across multiple modules such as Employee Central (EC, ECP), Onboarding (ONB1.0, ONB2.0), and Recruiting (RCM, RMK). Project Managers will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors HCM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements. Must be able to blend project management expertise with technical, functional, and stakeholder management skills. Strong payroll consultant experience highly desired.
