          "text": "<p>Position SummaryThe Product Management Intern supports category and competitive research, maintains organized product and data resources, and ensures accuracy across digital and reporting platforms. This role includes analyzing product categories and adjacencies, gathering competitive insights, and contributing to tools such as bubble maps and market tracking reports. Responsibilities also include supporting data and documentation management, organizing product information, maintaining systems like SAP and SharePoint, and auditing digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Key Responsibilities</p><p><strong>Category Help</strong></p><ul><li>Research on toilets/bidets/bath adjacencies</li><li>Pulling competitive data from their websites</li><li>Organize the Product Closet on 3rd floor</li><li>Bubble Map creation for each retailer/category</li></ul><p><strong>Data Clean Up</strong></p><ul><li>Clean up documentation for F&amp;Bs for our competitors, by category: help organize the product closet/room, assist in updating our reviews portal, proactively update style maps</li><li>Organizing the training documentation on Sharepoint, refreshing with the latest information</li><li>Supporting pure play projects (such as tracking down details in SAP or pulling compliance documentation)</li><li>Create consistent reports across sales analyst weekly reports</li><li>Create consistent reports for market share tracking</li></ul><p><strong>Digital Clean Up</strong></p><ul><li>Web scrapes: looking at Moen.com to make sure new launches have all of the info on the web pages</li><li>Reviewing our online content for accuracy and consistency and then making corrections as needed in SAP and Salsify</li></ul><p>QualificationsRequired·Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail·Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, basic analysis, reporting)·Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities·Effective written and verbal communication skills·Comfortable working with large sets of data and organizing information across systems·Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams·Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistencyPreferred</p><ul><li>Previous internship or coursework related to product management, merchandising, marketing, or data analysis</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Salsify, SharePoint, or similar data/content management systems</li><li>Experience with competitive research, market analysis, or reporting</li></ul>",
