    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Information Technology Specialist – Infrastructure &amp; Operations</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ITPS Canada Ltd. – London, Ontario (On-site)</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Build and support the infrastructure behind flight operations.</span></p>\n<p>ITPS operates a complex, technology-driven aviation environment supported by our Flight School Management System (FSMS) — an ERP platform that powers training, flight scheduling, maintenance, and procurement.</p>\n<p>We are seeking an IT Specialist focused on infrastructure, systems reliability, and operational support to ensure the technology behind our operations is secure, stable, and scalable.</p>\n<p>This role is less about helpdesk support and more about owning the systems that keep the organization running.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Work On</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and support the core IT infrastructure across the organization</li>\n<li>Ensure reliability of systems supporting flight operations and internal applications</li>\n<li>Manage networks, devices, and system access across operational teams</li>\n<li>Administer identity and access systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID)</li>\n<li>Support and maintain environments used by internal applications (ERP and related systems)</li>\n<li>Monitor system performance, uptime, and security</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our infrastructure by:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improving system reliability, monitoring, and backup strategies</li>\n<li>Supporting automation and internal tooling improvements</li>\n<li>Helping integrate new systems and technologies into the environment</li>\n<li>Contributing to security and access control best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Role</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own day-to-day infrastructure health and availability</li>\n<li>Manage user access, devices, and system configurations</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues across networks, systems, and endpoints</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes</li>\n<li>Work closely with developers to support application environments</li>\n<li>Identify and implement improvements to increase stability and efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)</li>\n<li>Windows-based infrastructure (with some Linux exposure)</li>\n<li>Internal ERP platform (Laravel / React)</li>\n<li>Networked operational and scheduling systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or similar roles</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of:\n<ul>\n<li>Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)</li>\n<li>Windows environments and administration</li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 / identity management</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Experience managing systems, devices, and access control</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure Mindset</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on reliability, uptime, and system performance</li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot across multiple layers (network, system, device)</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and documentation practices</li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently and prioritizing operational needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Modern IT &amp;
