Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Run reports at end of day for manifest.</li><li>Enter tour guest information into computer.</li><li>Input salespeople for daily attendance.</li><li>Write and enter VAC-PAC appointments.</li><li>Assist with progress reports.</li><li>Take invitations to gift room and sales floor.</li><li>Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours.</li><li>Dispense telephone messages.</li><li>Assist other sales departments as needed.</li></ul>",
