We are a high-speed US Law Firm seeking a Lead of Business Operations & Analytics who lives to uncover the "why" behind the numbers. We don't want a "Corporate PM" who needs a 50-page manual; we want a  Systems Thinker who can walk into a messy dataset, build a single source of truth, and use it to drive radical accountability across our leadership team. If you are scrappy, analytical, and thrive in the space between "chaos" and "structure," this is your playground. The Mission (Outcome-Driven Responsibilities) * Architect the "Source of Truth": Define, track, and standardize KPIs across Intake, Case Management, and Compliance. You aren't just making charts; you are building the firm’s nervous system. Drive Performance Transparency: Run our weekly and monthly performance cadences. You will use data to identify which teams are soaring and which are stalling—providing clear, actionable recommendations to Leadership. Automate the Mundane: Why do it manually? Use SQL, Zapier, and Power Automate to make our reporting invisible, real-time, and instantaneous. Own Data Integrity: Audit our systems (Filevine/LeadDocket) with an obsessive eye. You will improve tracking structures (fields, tags, stages) to ensure the data we use for high-stakes decisions is 100% reliable. Validate the Win: Own the performance audit process. You will validate bonus calculations against KPI outputs to ensure that our high performers are rewarded fairly and accurately. The Success Profile: Who You Are * Scrappy & Resourceful: You’ve built dashboards from messy data and "broken" systems. You don't wait for permission; you find a way. Technical Power User: You have 4–6 years in Ops/Analytics with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and a working knowledge of SQL . Systems Thinker: You see the "big picture" of how a case moves from a lead to a settlement and understand how one data point affects the entire chain. High Backbone: You are comfortable challenging a Director or Partner if the data shows a different reality than their "gut feeling." Platform Experience: If you’ve worked with Filevine, LeadDocket , or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI , you are at the front of the line.
