Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Settlements Agent to join our growing Operations team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring player withdrawals are processed accurately and efficiently, payment issues are resolved quickly, and financial controls remain strong as we scale. You'll work at the heart of our payment operations, helping to safeguard the business while delivering a seamless experience for our players.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing Withdrawals
Review and process player withdrawal requests within approved limits and service level agreements.
Ensure all payouts meet internal policies, approval thresholds, and applicable KYC and risk requirements.
Maintain accuracy while balancing speed and customer experience.
Monitor payment activity to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing.
Resolving Payment Issues
Investigate and resolve missing deposits, delayed withdrawals, and payment-related queries.
Support players through chat and internal support channels when payment issues arise.
Work closely with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to resolve escalations and outstanding cases.
Deliver clear, timely communication throughout the resolution process.
Owning Reconciliations & Financial Controls
Perform daily reconciliations across payment systems and providers.
Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure accurate financial records.
Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions to maintain financial integrity.
Support the continuous improvement of payment and reconciliation processes.
Managing PSP Relationships & Escalations
Handle PSP-related escalations and operational issues.
Manage withdrawal escalations and payment exceptions in line with internal procedures.
Process credit card whitelisting requests and related payment controls.
Work collaboratively with providers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Supporting Risk Management
Identify unusual, high-value, or potentially suspicious transactions.
Escalate complex cases to senior stakeholders when required.
Collaborate with KYC, Risk, and Abuse Detection teams to support investigations and account reviews.
Help ensure payment operations remain secure and compliant.
Chargeback Management
Review and investigate chargeback notifications received from payment providers.
Assess account activity and transaction history to identify potential fraud or abuse.
Support evidence gathering and representment submissions where applicable.
Apply account restrictions and controls when required.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to preventative measures that reduce future chargebacks.
