    "description": "<p>Delaware Elevator is seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Superintendent</span> to oversee and support our elevator construction and modernization crews. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on coordinating teams, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering projects on time and within scope. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and lead crews on impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and support elevator construction and MOD crews within the assigned territory.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate schedules for assigned crews (short-term and long-term).</li>\n<li>Upholding Delaware Elevator Inc.'s company policies, rules and regulations, including all safety plans.</li>\n<li>Reviewing and being accountable for bringing projects in and completing them within our customers' schedule and our own internal hours and schedule.</li>\n<li>Scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and material requirements.</li>\n<li>Overseeing all aspects of quality control.</li>\n<li>Perform MOD surveys as needed.</li>\n<li>Supervise and assist with adjusting as needed.</li>\n<li>Reviewing material tracking log and attending company progress and safety meetings weekly.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">8+ years</span> of progressive experience in the elevator industry with project management background.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2+ years</span> of proven supervisory/leadership experience.</li>\n<li>Valid elevator mechanic license (local/state) – CET, NEIEP, or equivalent.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification</span> or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.</li>\n<li>Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, internet).</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Must pass background checks and drug screenings to gain clearance for government sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Delaware Elevator?</span></span></p>\n<p>At Delaware Elevator, you’re not just supervising crews — you’re <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">building a legacy</span>.
