Ensuring egresses are accessible and free of clutter. Identifying and fixing perimeter fencing, patios, and light fixtures. Maintaining good housekeeping throughout the site. On occasion, they will provide support to the maintenance staff by doing routine maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, greasing hinges, changing filters, and moving furniture.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintain property grounds</li><li>Identify maintenance issues&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA standards</li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervision</li></ul><p>EOE M/W/D/V</p>",
