      "text": "What you bring to the role:",
      "content": "<div>\n<div>\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Prior experience in&nbsp;ski&nbsp;or snowboard&nbsp;boot fitting&nbsp;(minimum 2–3 years preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Advanced knowledge of custom boot systems and fitting tools.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Familiarity with major boot brands and fit technologies (e.g. BOA, GripWalk, Liquid Fit, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Excellent communication and customer service skills.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A genuine passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Technical certifications related to outdoor gear and equipment preferred. </span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">&nbsp;</span></li>\n\n</div>\n</div>"
