Together, we build and play in Montana. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HVAC Project Coordination &amp; Leadership</span>: Manage daily HVAC installations, repairs, or maintenance activities, demonstrating leadership to keep projects on schedule with minimal disruptions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety, Quality, &amp; Training</span>: Enforce safety protocols, ensure all work meets quality and code standards, and provide training to enhance the team's technical skills and adherence to safety guidelines.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Resource &amp; Budget Management</span>: Efficiently allocate labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for HVAC projects, while managing budgets and escalating financial concerns when necessary.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Problem-Solving &amp; Communication</span>: Address HVAC system challenges, maintain clear communication with installers, clients, and stakeholders, and accurately document project progress and issues.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
