We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping and challenging people and we want you to be a part of our <em>team as a</em><strong><em> Program Support Technician</em></strong><em>.</em></p>\n\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> include the following:</p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li>Supervise client population at all times, including meal times, work periods, visitation, community passes, and furloughs.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure the safety and welfare of clients, staff and visitors.</li>\n\t<li>Conducts daily inspections of housing areas.</li>\n\t<li>Records and reports maintenance problems through weekly inspections.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct weekend phone monitors to clients&#8217; employers.</li>\n\t<li>Collect and record client paychecks.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct all necessary counts, according to written policy.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct intake on all new clients.</li>\n\t<li>Attend all monthly staff meetings and any other required meetings.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain all daily, weekly, monthly Log Books, and any other required documentation.</li>\n\t<li>Sign clients out to work and CP&#8217;s and/or Furloughs, documenting all necessary forms.</li>\n\t<li>Miscellaneous filing and record keeping.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct all required counts.</li>\n\t<li>Be available to work all shifts to ensure proper coverage per contract and policy standards.</li>\n\t<li>Clock in and out utilizing the company time and attendance system.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to perform the major functions of job with or without an accommodation.</li>\n\t<li>Required to attend all mandatory training specified by policy.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.</li>\n\t<li>Report all Workers Compensation injuries, whether they require medical attention or not, to their immediate supervisor, the Business Administrator or the Executive Director immediately.</li>\n\t<li>Report all breaches of company policy or code of ethics that you have knowledge of, hear about or see regardless of who is involved in the breach immediately to your immediate supervisor or Executive Director. Or HR Department when necessary.</li>\n\t<li>Report all unsafe conditions that could affect clients/inmates or employees which you become aware of immediately to your immediate supervisor or the Executive Director.</li>\n\t<li>To be eligible for promotion you must demonstrate organizational abilities and must have good written and oral communication skills.</li>\n\t<li>To be eligible for promotion to a supervisory position you must complete supervisory/team building training. This can be accomplished by checking out &#8220;How to Supervise People&#8221; CD from the corporate office and passing all tests with a minimum score of 80%.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of this job description are followed and adhered to.</li>\n\t<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.</li>\n</ol>",
