You will work closely with internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations that support business growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>- Provide Tier 2 helpdesk support and escalation assistance</p>\n<p>- Support engineers and staff in a high-demand consulting environment</p>\n<p>- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)</p>\n<p>- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and file services</p>\n<p>- Assist with Hyper-V virtualized environments</p>\n<p>- Troubleshoot networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)</p>\n<p>- Assist with Azure administration and cloud services</p>\n<p>- Maintain documentation and ticketing records</p>\n<p>- Participate in after-hours maintenance as needed</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Experience &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>- 3–5 years of professional IT support or systems administration experience</p>\n<p>- Experience supporting end users in a professional services or AEC environment preferred</p>\n<p>- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills</p>\n<p>- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory</p>\n<p>- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration</p>\n<p>- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V preferred)</p>\n<p>- Understanding of basic networking concepts</p>\n<p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Certifications</span></p>\n<p>- CompTIA A+</p>\n<p>- CompTIA Network+</p>\n<p>- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)</p>\n<p>- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)</p>\n<p>- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) – preferred</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Salary Range – Southern California</span></p>\n<p>$80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and AEC background.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join PBS</span></p>\n<p>At PBS Engineers, IT is a strategic partner to our engineering teams.
