This strategic food service leader will direct and manage the patient feeding operations at this hospital. This food service manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations. </p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>May be eligible for sign-on bonus!! \n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>lead the daily operations of patient room service dining program</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors</li>\n <li>coordinate department safety and sanitation</li>\n <li>ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks</li>\n <li>engage with employees and promote an inclusive culture </li>\n <li>rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
