Works to treat employees fairly, training each of the employees to succeed, and then consistently looking for ways to help the employees grow.</li>\n\t<li>Supervising and Assisting with Resident Care: Collaborates with the Health Services Director (Licensed Nurse) to ensure only the highest quality of care for the residents.</li>\n\t<li>Family Member Interface: Interacts with resident family members regularly, responding to questions promptly and solving problems appropriately as they arise.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work with and interface with AZ&nbsp;dept of health: Consistently works towards being a citation free community. Regularly reviews rules and regulation to ensure compliance.</li>\n\t<li>Operations Management: Maintains close relationship and reporting with the local corporate office regarding ongoing property issues and developments.</li>\n\t<li>Financial Management: Reports to the local corporate office regularly as to the financial performance of the building. Strives to meet and exceed budget occupancy goals for the community.</li>\n\t<li>Building Lease Up: Engages with the in-house marketing director and coordinates with the other department managers to move in new residents to the community.</li>\n\t<li>Performs other duties as assigned or needed.</li>\n</ul>\n",
