The Mitigation Specialist will advocate before the Court, the District Attorney’s Office (DAO), and the Department of Probation (DOP) for incarceration and detention/bail reduction alternatives.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This position follows a hybrid work schedule and will serve Rensselaer, Columbia, Greene, Albany, and additional communities as the program expands. The Mitigation Specialist will be based out of the Troy office.</p><p>The role requires meeting with clients and attending court appearances in person, with flexibility to transition between in-person and remote work based on program needs.
