This role is responsible for developing and executing the facility’s <strong>master production plan</strong>, ensuring alignment with customer demand, ERP systems, and operational capacity. The Master Planner plays a critical role in driving production efficiency, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment across the plant.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, manage, and communicate the <strong>master production schedule</strong> to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time order fulfillment</li>\n <li>Align production plans with <strong>D365 ERP</strong> and ensure accuracy of scheduling parameters</li>\n <li>Monitor and reconcile daily production schedules, identifying and resolving gaps</li>\n <li>Lead planning visibility across key metrics including <strong>backlog, bookings, open orders, backorders, and schedule attainment</strong></li>\n <li>Own and manage <strong>inventory levels and safety stock fulfillment</strong> in alignment with ERP requirements</li>\n <li>Communicate risks related to <strong>stockouts, lead times, and material constraints</strong></li>\n <li>Partner with <strong>supply chain, commodities, and operations teams</strong> to balance demand and supply</li>\n <li>Support and actively participate in <strong>Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)</strong> processes</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement in planning, scheduling, and reporting processes</li>\n <li>Maintain data integrity across ERP systems and reporting tools (Power BI, ODBC, etc.)</li>\n <li>Lead and develop a team of planners and/or buyers, including performance management and succession planning</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3–5+ years of experience in <strong>Master Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Planning</strong></li>\n <li>Strong experience with Microsoft D365 ERP.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>Advanced Planning Systems (APS)</strong> and production scheduling</li>\n <li>Experience in a <strong>manufacturing environment</strong> required</li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>lean manufacturing principles</strong> (Kanban, JIT, VMI, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proven ability to analyze data and drive decisions using reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)</li>\n <li>Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field</strong></li>\n <li>Experience leading or mentoring planning teams</li>\n <li>Exposure to <strong>SIOP / IBP processes</strong></li>\n <li>Experience working in high-SKU or complex manufacturing environments</li>\n</ul>",
