A recruiter will be in touch when possible.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will I be doing? </span><span>Using your expertise in all-source intelligence analysis</span><span>, you will be providing</span> intelligence analysis support related to the analysis, processing, development, and distribution of strategic and criminal intelligence supporting Federal Protective Services operations. You will be:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing all-source intelligence products (e.g., intelligence briefs, written intelligence threat estimates, and intelligence threat bulletins)</li>\n<li>Establishing and maintaining systematic, cross-referenced criminal intelligence records and files</li>\n<li>Receiving and processing incoming reports and messages from security and law enforcement offices</li>\n<li>Determining the significance and reliability of incoming information</li>\n<li>Assisting in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action</li>\n<li>Assembling and proofreading intelligence reports and assisting in consolidating them into customer-required format</li>\n<li>Storing and retrieve criminal intelligence data using Government-furnished computers</li>\n<li>Preparing criminal intelligence products</li>\n<li>Preparing threat briefs, threat assessments and criminal intelligence analytical support</li>\n<li>Maintaining awareness of emerging criminal intelligence and security threats</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience, training, and education do I need?</span></p>\n<p>You must meet the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Top Secret / SCI clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, preferred in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or other related concentration</li>\n<li>At least 6 years of related experience<br></li>\n<li>Prior experience performing Open-Source Collection<br></li>\n<li>Experience working researching and providing evaluations for Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)</li>\n<li>Knowledge of DHS FPS intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and the role of FPS in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; overall FPS intelligence research, analysis, and production process</li>\n<li>Specific knowledge of Title 18 authorities</li>\n<li>Knowledge of multiple open-source areas including surface, deep, and dark web</li>\n<li>Knowledge of multiple collection techniques or approaches</li>\n<li>Knowledge of developing a collection plan and dissemination practices<br></li>\n<li>Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, common Open-Source tools, and DHS data systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The following experience is preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 years of experience working with DHS data sources</li>\n<li>Intelligence Community (IC) experience</li>\n<li>DHS intelligence analysis experience</li>\n<li>Criminal Intelligence analysis experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Where is the client site that I would be working for? </span>You will be working in Springfield, Virginia, with potential to work at different locations within the National Capital Region as assigned. <span>Address disclosed after your clearance is verified.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Inflow is an EEO/Affirmative action employer and is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
