    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Accounting Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the processing of invoices for accurate, timely payments to our vendors on behalf of our Marvin locations.</p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Vendor setup and maintenance</li>\n <li>Process and enter invoices in our ERP systems, including coding to correct project codes and ledger accounts</li>\n <li>Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, using three-way match method.</li>\n <li>Identify invoicing discrepancies and resolve as appropriate</li>\n <li>Assist with sales/use tax and tax exemption when applicable </li>\n <li>Balancing reports and assist with payment processes and banking validation.</li>\n <li>Other special projects and task as deemed necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The ability to work efficiently, accurately meet deadlines, and work well independently</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Work cooperatively with multiple departments, locations, purchasers and vendors.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills; willingness to server internal and external customers in a timely and accommodating manner </li>\n <li>Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner</li>\n <li>Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.</li>\n <li>Positive attitude and desire to learn.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Two-year Accounting degree strongly preferred and/or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Basic bookkeeping and data entry skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
