We aim to continuously set the standard while striving to be an industry leader by keeping our equipment and technology up-to-date and conducting business in a manner compatible with the environmental, social, and economic needs of the communities in which we operate. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p>CDL Heavy Haul Driver – Fluids &amp; Winch Operations</p>\n<p>The CDL Heavy Haul Driver is a critical role within EnerStar’s Well Site Service Division, responsible for safely transporting and delivering both fluids and heavy equipment to client locations. This position combines expertise in fluid hauling operations with winch work to support diverse field service needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Safety &amp; Compliance</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work safely at all times; follow all EnerStar safety practices, company policies, and client worksite regulations.</li>\n<li>Adhere to safe driving practices and maintain compliance with DOT regulations.</li>\n<li>Complete daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and legal DOT logbooks (electronic or paper), including proper record keeping and notations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Operational Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluid Hauling: Load, transport, and deliver fluids such as water, grey/black water, and other liquids used in energy field services. Includes recovering and relocating fluid-handling equipment and transferring fluid assets between EnerStar branches.</li>\n<li>Winch &amp; Aggregate Operations: Safely load and deliver aggregates and heavy equipment to customer locations. Support rig moves, in-field equipment relocation, and movement of assets between EnerStar branches.</li>\n<li>Operate assigned equipment, including winch trucks, water trucks, and sewer trucks.</li>\n<li>Verify all tickets and manifests are signed on location prior to departure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Communication &amp; Customer Service</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate consistently with Branch Manager or Supervisor.</li>\n<li>Interact professionally with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Promote quality assurance and uphold EnerStar’s core values.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned: Assist with field service calls, rig moves and setups, chemical toilet services, and other tasks as assigned by management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span> The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Demands / Environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical Requirements: This position involves frequent lifting (must be able to lift 50 pounds), bending, climbing, walking, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces. Candidates must have the physical ability to safely perform these tasks.</li>\n<li>Medical Fitness: Due to the nature of the work and safety protocols, candidates must be medically fit to handle physically demanding tasks and work in varying environmental conditions.
