Ensure Failed Days for Failed Claims are seven (7) days or less. Maintain a monthly peer unit authorization of 95% or better. Ensure there is no lapse in authorization of services. Meet expected monthly and quarterly productivity standards as required. Complete all documentation within 24-48 hours from date of service delivery. Monitors client&rsquo;s progress towards goals, provides crisis interventions as needed. Provides one on one peer services, peer groups as needed based on client needs. Engage in community outings with clients and staff. Assist with transportation of clients and Modivcare billing. Assist with monitoring clients during day treatment hours. Ensure linkage to all needed/required clinical services as requested by client and treatment team. Facilitate and/or coordinate group activities in accordance to service definitions. Complete daily/quarterly vehicle inspections and follow process for submission to Corporate Compliance Dept. Share &ldquo;lived experience&rsquo; with others individually and in a group setting.
