This position will have a .8 status and report to our Baldwin office.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>The CNA patient Care duties include: bathing, skin care, hair care, nail care, transfers, assistance with ambulation, toileting, self-administration of medications, and light housekeeping.</li><li>The CNA should assist with assigned nursing duties when instructed and supervised by an RN, such as simple dressing changes and indwelling catheter care Assists, as assigned, with prescribed exercises which patients and/or aide has been taught by an appropriate health professional.</li><li>The CNA should notify the case manager or clinical supervisor of any deviations from the Activity Plan.</li><li>The CNA should report changes in patient's condition, including pain control to case manager or clinical supervisor within one hour of assessment</li><li>The CNA should accurately complete appropriate clinical records related to assigned duties and observations of patients within 48 hours of the provision of care</li><li>The CNA should work effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary team and contributes to plan of treatment based on knowledge and experience.</li></ul>",
