    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Employment Specialist, Employment Services</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Status:</strong> Part-time, <20 hours per week<strong>Schedule:</strong> Varied shifts between Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with possible weekend shifts<strong>Location:</strong> Camp Hill<strong>Pay:</strong> $24.00 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6 months to 2 years of job coaching or related experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with at least 6 months of driving experience</li>\n <li>Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection</li>\n <li>18 years of age</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with strong time management skills</li>\n <li>Preferred: ACRE or CESP certification, <em>or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>As an Employment Specialist</strong>, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding and keeping meaningful employment in their community.
