The role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations related to water and wastewater treatment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop water and wastewater treatment processes for plants, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment processes.</li><li>Perform detailed process modeling and simulation to optimize treatment plant performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and environmental scientists, to implement innovative solutions and address complex challenges.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance during the construction, commissioning, and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities.</li><li>Conduct site visits and inspections to assess plant performance, identify operational issues, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and regulatory agencies.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, advancements in water treatment technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure best practices and compliance with environmental standards.</li><li>Foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement within the organization.</li></ul>",
