Description
As an RFP Coordinator, you will lead the end-to-end response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. This role requires a confident and thoughtful professional who can work independently, apply strong critical thinking, and collaborate effectively across teams. You will play a key role in shaping high-quality proposal responses that reflect both precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI/RFQ responses from intake through submission Analyze RFP requirements and translate them into clear action plans Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights Apply critical thinking to develop tailored, accurate, and compelling responses Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, compliance standards, and deadlines Act as a central point of coordination, maintaining clear and professional communication across teams Communicate with Sales and customers to clarify requirements and expectations Maintain and continuously improve a centralized library of proposal content and past submissions Identify opportunities to strengthen response quality, consistency, and process efficiency Ensure adherence to established RFP processes, templates, and timelines to maintain consistency and quality across submissions Qualifications:
College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to think critically and interpret complex requirements Confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Humble and collaborative mindset, open to feedback and team input Strong time management skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) What Will Set You Apart: A proactive approach and sense of ownership over deliverables The ability to balance confidence with adaptability in a fast-paced environment A solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment and decision-making skills What we Offer:
