What You’ll Do Precision Testing: Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced lab equipment to analyze raw grains and finished samples. Solution Synthesis: Prepare chemical solutions and process samples (cleaning, grading, grinding) according to strict standardized procedures. Data Integrity: Maintain LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and ensure all SOPs are accurate, clear, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Problem Solve: Troubleshoot instrument maintenance and provide feedback on how they can improve our methodology and workflows. Collaborate: Work closely with the Director and vendor partners to ensure the lab remains at the cutting edge of food safety technology. About You You are someone who finds beauty in the details. Your Background: Education: A degree in Sciences, with a strong preference for Chemistry or Plant Chemistry .
