As a Pre Arrival Marketing Agent, you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Provides Sales Agents with qualified prospects for timeshare presentations as well as event participation. Provides general concierge services for all members, owners, and guests by offering area information and booking activities prior to guest arrival. Provides information & Incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation. Ensures guests meets minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour. Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with reservations. Maintains the minimum standard for penetration, bounce back sales, show percent, and budgeted volume per month based on guest segment. Qualifications Qualifications - External Types of Candidates We’re Looking For: Customer Service and/or sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Be highly driven and a self-starter. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities. Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.
