      "content": "<li>High School Diploma, Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>2+ years of technical training in design or drafting in electrical engineering</li><li>Strong attention to detail is required</li><li>Basic experience with AutoCAD or Microstation</li><li>Solid Microsoft Office skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Basic ability to articulate complex ideas to co-workers and management</li><li>Creative thinking in providing new solutions to design problems</li><li>Eligibility to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future</li>"
