Develops commercial financing requests for new and existing customers.</li><li>Informs customers of financial institution’s underwriting guidelines and applicable government regulations.</li><li>Maintains commercial real estate portfolio to ensure proper risk ratings and early identification of potential problems.</li><li>Daily review, approval and disposition of commercial overdrafts.</li><li>Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk considerations and present credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority in the Bank.</li><li>Reviews appraisals, credit reports, background checks, reference checks and other information as needed on commercial applicants.</li><li>Maintains on-going customer contact, quality customer service and product knowledge.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned to meet daily business needs.</li><li>Maintains regular and reliable attendance.</li></ul>",
