      "content": "<li>Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and other design tools.</li><li>Proficient in HTML and CSS.</li><li>Excellent in online content presentation, layout, and information design.</li><li>highly skilled in web-based information architecture and user-centered design methods.</li><li>Knowledgeable about industry standard best practices.</li><li>Exceptional ability to develop user experience (UX) and translate wireframes and designs into code.</li><li>Passionate and comfortable working in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of mobile design and responsive design methods and best practices.</li><li>Self-starter that's capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experience with Expression Engine, Craft, WordPress or other PHP-based CMS.</li><li>Adept in JavaScript or jQuery, and other front-end technologies.</li><li>Experience working with clients and coaching around design systems and solutions.</li><li>3+ years of experience in Web design, UI/UX Design, or similar field.</li><li>Strong design portfolio demonstrating UI/UX experience, as well as responsive, mobile-first, and user-centric design principles.</li>"
