In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. At Metro Restyling, we are a leading provider of automotive restyling products, dedicated to helping customers customize and enhance their vehicles. We pride ourselves on quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain and meet departmental service level targets Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience at all times Develop and maintain basic product knowledge to better assist customers Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and complaints Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role Strong customer service and active listening skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent A genuine passion for helping and advocating for customers Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred.
