This hybrid role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. The employee may be exposed to varying temperatures, noise levels, typical of a warehouse environment.</li><li>Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Frequent movement between the front counter, office area, and warehouse floor is required.</li><li>Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, point-of-sale system, telephone, and other office equipment. Occasional handling of product samples or paperwork.</li><li>Must be able to read and interpret data on a computer screen, printed documents, and product labels. Vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Must be able to clearly communicate with customers, vendors, and team members in person, over the phone, and via email. Occasionally it is required to lift or move product samples, small boxes, or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in processing orders and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software will enable you to collaborate effectively with the sales team and identify new business opportunities.
