This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards.</p><p>This is a physically active role requiring reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, lifting (50+ lbs), and standing for 8&ndash;12 hours per shift.</p><hr><h2><strong>Shift Times</strong></h2><ul><li><p><strong>1st Shift:</strong> 6:00 AM &ndash; 2:30 PM</p></li><li><p><strong data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1313\" data-pasted=\"true\">2nd Shift:</strong> 2:00 PM &ndash; 10:30 PM</p></li><li><p><strong>3rd Shift:</strong> 10:00 PM &ndash; 6:30 AM</p></li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Clean and sanitize equipment used in manufacturing and packaging</p></li><li><p>Wipe down conveyors, walls, ceilings, fans, lights, and floors</p></li><li><p>Disassemble, clean, and sanitize machinery</p></li><li><p>Pressure wash dough troughs, bins, containers, and oven racks</p></li><li><p>Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals with proper PPE</p></li><li><p>Clean facility areas, including offices, maintenance shop, lunchroom, locker rooms, and lobby</p></li><li><p>Perform lockout/tagout procedures</p></li><li><p>Participate in GMP and food safety audits as needed</p></li><li><p>Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others</p></li><li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned</p></li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Strong attention to detail and organization</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and basic OSHA safety regulations preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot or cold environments</p></li><li><p>Ability to climb stairs and ladders frequently</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn sanitation equipment (e.g., lifts, pressure washers, forklifts)</p></li><li><p>Ability to use hand tools (hoses, wrenches, ladders, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Benefits</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</p></li><li><p>Life Insurance</p></li><li><p>Paid Medical Leave (Maternity &amp; Paternity)</p></li><li><p>401(k) and Roth Retirement Plans</p></li></ul><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Highland Baking Company is an equal opportunity employer.
